What is a digital twin for facilities?

A digital twin for a building is a measured 3D model of the interior as it exists today. You open a link, walk the space in a browser, take dimensions, leave tags, and share the same model with leasing, facilities, construction, and brand teams.

depthNest produces that twin with a Pro3 scan (Matterport equipment). An operator walks the property with the camera. Processing returns a hosted tour, a schematic floor plan, and the measurements taken from the model. Optional exports (DWG, E57) are available when the job needs documentation-grade files.

What it is not

It is not a facilities SaaS platform, a CMMS, or a live sensor feed. We capture and deliver the twin and plans. You keep whatever software you already use for work orders, portfolios, or listings.
