Self-serve pricing applies tiering by property type for up to 20 buildings in one request. A scoping call is offered on any multi-site quote and required above 20 buildings — you still see a real price and can submit. When a free capture applies, the credit equals the lowest-priced capture in that group.

Why don’t you publish a per-square-foot rate?
Because it changes with size and building type, and a single number would be wrong for most properties. The calculator gives you your real price in seconds.
What if my square footage is off?
If the measured interior area differs from what you entered by more than 5% or 500 sq ft (whichever is greater), we recalculate at the same rates on the measured area — billed if larger, credited if smaller. Until then the calculator total is a quote, not a final invoice. The measurement ships with your files. Full measured-area terms
Is anything charged when I send a request?
No. Nothing is charged to send a request. Finishing the calculator does not book the job. When we propose a date we send a service agreement; the job is booked only when that agreement is signed and returned. Payment terms are in that agreement. Quote totals can still adjust after measured square footage.
