How square-footage pricing works

depthNest quotes Matterport Pro3 capture from the interior square footage you enter, by property type (commercial, residential, or industrial). Larger spaces cost less per square foot within each type’s tiers. The calculator returns a total — we do not publish a single per-square-foot rate because it would be wrong for most buildings.

What to enter

Enter interior floor area across all levels you want captured. Garages, exterior areas, and spaces you exclude from capture are not counted. Multi-building requests can add a second building; programs of many sites are scoped on a call instead of the self-serve calculator.

The measured-area rule

Your quote is based on the square footage you enter. That quote is not final until after capture, when the platform measures the interior floor area of the spaces scanned. That measured figure is delivered with your files.

• If measured area is within the greater of 5% or 500 square feet of what you entered, the price does not change.
• If it is outside that tolerance, we recalculate at the same rates on the measured area — billed if larger, credited if smaller — with the measurement attached.
• If measured area exceeds what you entered by more than 50%, the operator may pause so we can re-quote on site; if you decline, the trip fee in your service agreement applies.

What is not in the calculator total

Optional add-ons (for example DWG) appear as separate lines when selected. Travel outside staffed metros is computed from ZIP at booking. Rush windows (latest date within 14 days) can add a rush fee shown on the quote. Nothing is charged merely to submit a request.
