Who it’s for
- Commercial brokers and owner’s reps who need existing-conditions docs without flying out.
- Architects and GCs who want Pro3 twins and schematic plans before TI or turnover.
- Property managers coordinating multi-site portfolios.
How it works
- Refer a single building or a portfolio. We handle pricing, scheduling, capture, and delivery.
- You earn a referral fee of 10% of capture fees on each completed job.
- Paid net 15 after the client pays.
What the client gets
Matterport Pro3 digital twin, schematic floor plan, and share link — typically within 24–48 hours of capture. Same SOP at every site. DWG and E57 available as add-ons when the job needs them.
