Operators
We’re looking for Matterport Pro3 owners who can capture interiors to one SOP. FAA Part 107 is a plus — not required. Jobs are dispatched per site; we don’t need you in every ZIP to take the next request.
Who we’re looking for
- You own (or have standing access to) a Matterport Pro3.
- You’ve scanned real interiors — years of experience help; a sample tour is required.
- You carry GL insurance, or you’re willing to get it before the first paid job.
- Part 107 / drone is a plus. depthNest’s public drone add-on stays hidden until insurance confirms.
How it works
- We send a dispatch brief with address, access notes, SOP, and the Capture Day Form.
- Rate is $35/hour with budgeted hours stated per job. Overrun needs a text approval before you incur it.
- Paid net 15 after depthNest accepts the capture.
- Travel time is paid only when the brief says so. Local jobs usually go to a nearby operator; home-base travel is a separate call we make at confirmation.
What a job pays
Example: an 8,400 sq ft office with 3 budgeted hours pays $105 (3 × $35), plus any approved overage. Paid net 15 after depthNest accepts the capture.
